Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern sales made on the DAELIA DIGITAL website, a SAS registered with the Créteil Trade and Companies Register under number 943 795 658, with its registered office at 110 rue de Fontenay, 94300 Vincennes, covering:
- downloadable eBooks
- sports and nutrition programs
- clothing and accessories

Article 2 – Products offered

Digital products (eBooks and programs) are delivered immediately after payment, as a download. Physical products (clothing) are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs for physical products. DAELIA DIGITAL reserves the right to change its prices at any time.

Article 4 – Orders

Any order implies acceptance of these T&Cs. Payment validates the order. A summary is sent by email. Digital products are accessible via a secure download link.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is made by bank card or any other method offered on the site, through a secure platform (e.g. Stripe).

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

For physical products: the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal (excluding personalized clothing). For digital products (eBooks, programs): no right of withdrawal can be exercised once the download has started (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code), except in the case of a faulty file.

Article 7 – Delivery

Digital products: immediate delivery after payment. Physical products: delivery within 2 to 10 business days depending on the destination. Lead times are given as an indication only.

Article 8 – Liability

DAELIA DIGITAL cannot be held liable for any misuse of the advice provided in the programs or eBooks. Users are advised to consult a healthcare professional before making any change to their diet or training habits.

Article 9 – Personal data

The data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 10 – Governing law

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be that of the company's registered office, unless a mandatory provision states otherwise.
